The Codetekt Platform

From Codetekt: "We are a non-profit organization dedicated to developing strategies for detecting and combating disinformation, and to promoting media and news literacy." To work toward this mission, I built the Codetekt platform. On this platform, the community can submit so-called cases: news articles, text messages, YouTube videos, and more. These cases are then reviewed by "co:detectives" through a trust-checking process, which covers a series of questions about the credibility of the source, the outlet, the images, and so on. The platform was built with Next.js on the frontend and Supabase on the backend to handle authentication and database management.
